Updated October 7, 2026. Mike’s Technical provides mobile Clean Truck Check testing in San Jose and the Bay Area. This website describes our services and helps customers contact us. We are an independent testing business, not CARB or a government agency. Requirements and vehicle eligibility should be confirmed using official CARB information.
Appointments and testing
Contact us to confirm the service, testing location, appointment time and price before your visit. Please provide accurate vehicle and contact information, and arrange safe access to the vehicle.
Testing assesses the vehicle at the time of inspection. A booking does not guarantee a passing result or compliance beyond the testing performed. Repairs or additional testing may be needed if a vehicle fails. Contact us with questions about your results.
Cancellations, privacy and contact
Contact us promptly to cancel or reschedule. All sales and completed testing services are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. A failed test does not qualify for a refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
